Love Is Blind season eight has enough drama to keep us fed, whether it’s love triangles, editing errors or glaring red flags. There are a few couples who are undoubtedly cute like Joey and Monica, and Devin and Virginia. However, after some serious detective work, The Tab has uncovered crucial evidence that Virginia and Devin actually knew each other before Love Is Blind season eight came out. FBI levels of snooping led me to this dramatic reveal.
Back in July 2019, a year before the first episode of Love Is Blind was ever aired, Virginia posted this cute pic of her in a bikini on holiday in California. The picture has 800 likes, and devbuck3, AKA Devin, is one of them. Dun dun dun!!

Unless the two got happily married and Devin decided to spam his wife’s old Instagram photos with likes, it’s very probable that the two knew each other before going on the show. How else can you explain this?!
Further proof this theory actually has substance
Apart from the literal evidence, Devin and Virginia said on the show that they went to the same high school, but five years apart. Their paths wouldn’t have crossed, but it’s unlikely they wouldn’t have known each other at all. Devin was a basketball player in high school, and Virginia was a cheerleader.
Back in this picture from 2013, Devin is proudly showing off his award in a green Pirates uniform. His Instagram feed seems to suggest that he played basketball all throughout high school and university.
Get ready to have your minds blown. One of Virginia’s friends from university posted some adorable throwback pictures of them from their freshman year in college, but look what Virginia’s friend is wearing in the bottom left picture.
That’s right – a green Pirates uniform! Tell me now they have never crossed paths, because it seems more and more unlikely by the minute.
