Klum said her racy holiday look was a New Year’s Eve tradition
Heidi Klum is turning the other cheek for 2025.
On Saturday, Dec. 28, the supermodel and television personality shared a cheeky Instagram video to ring in the new year in which she could be seen playing in the snow while wearing just a lacy red lingerie set.
In the video, 51-year-old Klum is standing on a deck while surrounded by snow in a red lace thong and plunging bra. At the end of the footage — accompanied by the tune “So This Is Love” by Sneha — she turns around to launch a snowball at the camera.
“☃️❄️🥰 Do you have a tradition on New Year’s Eve,” Klum asked her fans in the video’s caption. “For me …it’s red lace ❤️ Good Luck 🍀.”
Klum previously shared some photos and videos from her family’s holiday getaway to Aspen, Colo. on Tuesday, Dec. 24, featuring husband, Tom Kaulitz, and her four children.
Klum’s brother-in-law Bill Kaulitz and her 20-year-old daughter Leni’s boyfriend Aris Rechevsky also appeared in the photos, which featured the model’s other children Henry, 19, Johan, 18, and Lou, 15 — whom she shares with ex-husband Seal. Klum welcomed Leni with her ex Flavio Briatore, before she was officially adopted by the musician in 2009.
In the snaps, the crew could be seen posing in red pajamas and hats as well as hiking up and sledding down the mountain.

Another of Klum’s notable Aspen looks was a stylish puffer coat from the luxury coat brand Raxxy, which retails for $3,250. She paired the piece with platform boots, black jeans and a beanie as well as some blue sunglasses.
Back in November, Klum shared with PEOPLE how she has passed her love of fashion onto Leni.
“I get so excited when I see my daughters re-wearing my clothes,” Heidi said at Prince William’s fourth annual Earthshot Prize Awards which took place in Cape Town, South Africa. “My eldest daughter, she also is a model, and she goes to events and when she wears my clothes I’m not just proud but we can upcycle.”
